To Apply an Equal 2D Constraint

Select the Equal 2D Constraint tool.
Select the first linear or circular segment.
Select the second linear segment or circular segment.
The two elements or the segment are now equal.

Note: You can only make a linear segment equal to another linear segment and the radius of a circular segment equal to the radius of another circular segment.
